We are not responsible where the incorrect address has been provided.
If your item gets returned. For us to repost there will be an additional postage costs.

What is your return policy

We accept returns on stock items and will refund your payment in full.
Buyers are responsible for any shipping costs.
If the item is not returned in its original condition then the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Refund will be arranged within 15 days of receiving your item in the original/unworn condition it was sent out in.

Postage options.

All items are sent out via recorded delivery.
Jewellery is packed in an organza bag and wrapped to ensure safe delivery.
Crystals are packed and wrapped in bubble wrap.
It is then packed in a bubble mail envelope or poly envelope.
Larger items will be boxed.
